Spearheads the land department’s efforts in acquiring, managing, and optimizing the company’s mineral and royalty interests
Spent 12+ years specializing in land and title diligence. Previously working at Dorado Petroleum before joining the RRIG team

VP of Business Development
Primarily responsible for organic lead growth through outreach campaigns to mineral owners and prospect development from leasing to drilling
Managed leasing and development efforts of over 10,000 acres in OK and KS and directed drilling / completions of over 80 conventional wells prior to joining the RRIG team
Received BBA from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Energy from Texas Christian
